Breakfast @ 8.00am - Nesvita+esp (200 cal) + kuih bendera (140 cal)

10.00 am - bihun goreng 1 senduk (145 cal) + 2 nugget ayam (120 cal) + 1 potong tembikai (40 cal)
Air kosong - 300 ml

Lunch @ 1.00pm - 1 mangkuk tomyam ayam (90 cal)
Air kosong - 500ml

Minum petang @ 4.00pm -  jambu batu (70)
Air kosong - 600 ml

Dinner @ pm - daging kari (agak je 200) + kobis dan udang (50+50) + telur dadar (100)
Air kosong - 600 ml

Total =  1205 cal..
